CONCILIUM is an association ( law of 1901
) made up of debt collection agencies with a human face who, in

in obtaining an enforceable title valid for 30 years ) if it is
almost certain that enforcement would lead to a declaration from
the sheriff that there are no goods on which to levy.

creditor. If payment is not made during the amicable phase, the
recovery professionals of Concilium carry out appropriate legal
actions according to the paperwork in the file and the information
